Exchange and return

Dear Customers

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, No. 172, jewelry listed in the non-food goods category is not subject to return or exchange. However, the "TANGO" jewelry company values and respects each customer, and therefore offers the option to exchange or return jewelry of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, if the item does not suit you in size or other significant characteristics, except in the following cases:

• The item has mechanical damage or signs of use;
• The tag is damaged or missing, the item is unsealed, the sales receipt is missing, or the product's passport is damaged or missing;
• More than 14 calendar days have passed since the purchase;
• The item has changed its properties due to improper use, such as exposure to swimming pool conditions, contact with alkaline cleaning agents, substances containing chlorine or iodine, creams and ointments containing mercury and its compounds, or other external factors;
• The item was custom-made or modified for the customer.

Return or Exchange Procedure:

1. Fill out the return/exchange form.
2. Send the completed form, a copy of your ID (passport), and the item via "Nova Poshta" without cash-on-delivery (details for shipment will be provided by the operator).
3. Wait up to 14 business days from the item's return for the authenticity examination of precious metals and stones.
4. Receive your exchanged item by the method you chose, or a refund.

Returns or exchanges are processed only at "TANGO" stores or through "Nova Poshta" branches. Items sent by courier service with cash-on-delivery will not be accepted for return.

Return/Exchange Terms:

• Shipping costs, both to and from, as well as any "Nova Poshta" cash-on-delivery fees, are non-refundable.
• Jewelry with first-order precious stone inclusions can only be returned after an examination by the State Gemological Center of Ukraine. The cost of this examination is paid by the customer according to the rates set by the Gemological Center of Ukraine.
• Exchanges can be made for jewelry of any quantity within the price range of the purchased item or for more expensive items, with the customer paying the price difference.
• If exchanging for an item of lesser value, the price difference is not refunded.
