Individual Entrepreneur Anna Mykolayivna Zhuravleva, registration number in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Organizations 222129486036 from August 2, 2023, engaged in the sale of goods through the portal www.tangogold.com.ua, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller," based on Articles 633 and 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, offers to any individual with legal capacity and all necessary rights and powers to conclude and fulfill this Public Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer," together referred to as the "Parties," to conclude this Public Sales Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Agreement") under the following terms:

1. TERMS USED IN THE AGREEMENT

1.1. Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") - a public proposal from the Seller addressed to an indefinite number of persons with legal capacity and all necessary rights and powers to conclude and fulfill this Public Sales Agreement remotely under the terms contained in this Offer.
1.2. Order for the Purchase of Goods on the online store's website - the items selected by the Buyer from the assortment of Goods offered for sale when placing an application for the purchase of Goods on the online store's website or through an Operator.
1.3. Acceptance - the Buyer's full and unconditional consent to the Seller's proposal to conclude a Public Agreement under the terms provided in this Public Agreement.
1.4. Goods - jewelry made of precious metals and precious/semi-precious stones, and related goods, in the quantity, assortment, and at the price presented in the online store on the website www.tangogold.com.ua.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. Under the terms of this Public Agreement, the Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods, presented for sale in the Online Store, to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept the Goods and pay for them in accordance with the procedure and terms specified in this Public Agreement.
2.2. The name of the Goods, their main characteristics, metal alloy and its standard, weight and size of the Goods, the name, characteristics, and weight of the stones that are part of the Goods, and the place of manufacture are indicated in the description of each corresponding item presented in the Online Store.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1. For the Buyer, confirming full and unconditional acceptance of the Public Offer can be done in one of the following ways: 3.1.1. Placing an order through the shopping cart on the Seller's website at www.tangogold.com.ua; 3.1.2. Placing an order through the Seller's online store via email or phone, as listed on the website www.tangogold.com.ua;
3.2. From the moment the Seller receives the Order for the purchase of Goods, the Public Agreement is considered concluded without further signing by the Parties.

4. PLACING AN ORDER FOR THE PURCHASE OF GOODS

4.1. The Buyer places an order for the purchase of Goods either by phone listed on the Online Store's website or through the service available on the website www.tangogold.com.ua.
4.2. The Order for the purchase of Goods includes the name of the Goods, metal alloy and its standard, weight and size of the selected Goods, the name, characteristics, and weight of the stones that are part of the Goods, the price of the Goods, the payment method, the method of delivery, and information about the Buyer (surname, first name, patronymic, mobile phone number, email address). All requested information must be provided to place the order.
4.3. When placing an Order for the purchase of Goods on the Online Store’s website, the Buyer must provide the following registration information: 4.3.1. Buyer's or specified recipient's full name (surname, first name, patronymic); 4.3.2. Email address; 4.3.3. Contact phone number.
4.4. If the Seller requires additional information, the Seller may request it from the Buyer. If the Buyer does not provide the necessary information, the Seller is not responsible for the selected Goods and reserves the right not to ship the Goods until the requested additional information is received.
4.5. When placing an Order through an Operator (clause 4.1 of this Offer), the Buyer must provide the information specified in clause 4.3 of this Offer.
4.6. The Buyer's acceptance of the terms of this Offer is carried out by entering the relevant data into the Order form for the purchase of Goods on the Online Store’s website or when placing an Order through an Operator. After placing an Order through the Operator, the Buyer's data is registered in the Seller's database. 4.7. The Seller is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when placing an Order for the purchase of Goods.
4.8. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an Order for the purchase of Goods.
4.9. The Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer via the email or phone provided by the Buyer within one business day from the time the Order for the purchase of Goods is placed, to confirm the Order.

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT FOR THE GOODS

5.1. The price of each item of Goods is listed on the Online Store's website at the time of the order and requires confirmation by the Seller after receiving the Order from the Buyer.
5.2. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the price of any Goods.
5.3. If the price of the ordered Goods changes, the Seller is obligated to inform the Buyer of the price change within two business days.
5.4. The Buyer has the right to confirm or cancel the Order for the purchase of Goods if the price is changed by the Seller after the Order is placed.
5.5. The Seller indicates the delivery cost of the Goods on the Online Store’s website or informs the Buyer when placing the Order for the purchase of Goods via the Operator.
5.6. The Buyer's obligation to pay for the Goods is considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are received and credited to the Seller's account.
5.7. Payments between the Seller and the Buyer for the Goods are made using the methods specified on the Online Store's website at https://tangogold.com.ua/dostavka-i-oplata/.
