Jewelry Company "TANGO" Warranty

"TANGO" guarantees that its jewelry meets the standards of GSTU 3527-97 "Jewelry from Precious Materials" and provides warranty service, which includes correcting hidden defects that occurred during the manufacturing process.

Warranty Periods:

  • For items with precious stones, as well as bracelet and earring hinge joints – 18 months from the date of purchase.
  • For other items – 12 months from the date of purchase.

Conditions for Warranty Repair:

  • The buyer must have a receipt and the product's tag.
  • The warranty period must not be exceeded.
  • The jewelry must not show signs of mechanical damage, exposure to alkaline or cleaning agents, substances containing chlorine or iodine, or creams and ointments containing mercury and its compounds.
  • The buyer must adhere to the jewelry care guidelines.

Warranty Service Procedure:

  1. The buyer fills out a form.
  2. The buyer sends the item and the completed form via Nova Poshta (without cash-on-delivery) to: Bakhmut, Nova Poshta №2. The buyer covers the cost of both direct and return shipping, which will be reimbursed if the repair falls under warranty.
  3. A decision regarding the warranty service will be made within 14 business days from the time the item is returned (allowing time for inspection).

In case of a valid warranty claim, we will either exchange the item for a similar one, proportionally reduce the cost, or repair the defects free of charge.

Jewelry Care Guidelines:

Jewelry should be used while avoiding the following factors:

  • Careless handling (any kind of mechanical damage to the item);
  • Contact with acids and alkalis, detergents, and laundry products;
  • Exposure to substances containing chlorine, iodine, mercury, sulfur, and their compounds;
  • Contact with solvents, such as nail polish remover and stain remover;
  • Exposure to coloring agents;
  • Contact with abrasive substances or objects with abrasive surfaces, such as scrubs, sand, nail files, or toothpaste;
  • Exposure to open flames, extreme temperatures, or rapid temperature changes (e.g., in saunas or tanning salons);
  • Exposure to radiation (e.g., radioactive, X-ray, or ultraviolet);
  • Contact with chemicals that could damage the jewelry;
  • Attempting to clean jewelry at home, including with ultrasound.

Each piece of jewelry should be stored in a separate soft case to avoid scratches and chips.
