    The following payment options are available for our customers:

    • Payment by VISA/MASTERCARD on the website (you will be redirected to the bank’s secure payment page);
    • Installment payment via PrivatBank's "Оплата частями" service.
  • What online payment methods do you offer?

    On our website, you can pay with VISA/MASTERCARD cards from any bank. When selecting this method, a secure payment window will open.

  • Do I need to confirm my payment after transferring the funds?

    It's not required. If you made the payment on the website, we will see it immediately.If the payment was made via bank details, we wait for the funds to be credited. The only exception is if a client claims that the payment was made, but we haven’t received it.

  • Can I pay by card when purchasing an item or making a prepayment?

    Yes, of course. In our online store, you can pay using VISA or MASTERCARD bank cards.

  • How soon will I get a response after placing an order?

    Our managers respond promptly to every order. If you placed your order on a business day, we usually contact you within 30 minutes. If the order was placed on a weekend or outside of working hours, you will receive a response on the next business day.

  • Can I purchase an item on credit or in installments?

    Our website offers the option to use PrivatBank’s "Оплата частями" service for 3 months.

    Also, if you arrange a loan/installment plan in your bank, and the bank immediately transfers the funds to us, we will also proceed with your order.

  • Do you offer an installment payment option?

    Yes, we offer PrivatBank’s installment payment option for 3 months, provided you have a sufficient limit on your card. This option is available for orders starting from 1000 UAH. You can find more details [here].

  • How much extra do I pay if I choose installment payment?

    The monthly fee for installment payments is 0.01% of the purchase amount, which is purely symbolic. Therefore, this payment method is essentially free of overpayments.

  • Which payment cards can I use in the TANGO online store?

    You can pay for your purchase in our online store using VISA/MASTERCARD cards on the website (you will be redirected to the bank’s secure payment page during checkout).

  • How can I get a receipt or payment confirmation?

    Once we receive the payment for your order, it is fiscalized, and you will receive a link to the electronic receipt at the email address provided during checkout.

  • Can I get a refund to my card if the order is canceled?

    Yes, if the order is canceled, the payment will be refunded. If you paid for the order but decided to cancel it for any reason, or if we are unable to ship it, we guarantee a full refund to your card. Please contact our operator to confirm the cancellation and arrange the refund details.

  • What delivery methods are available when placing an order?

    When ordering from our online store, you can choose from the following delivery options:

    • Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch;
    • Delivery to a Nova Poshta parcel locker;
    • Courier delivery via Nova Poshta.
  • I live abroad — how can I purchase a piece of jewelry?

    To place an international order, please contact our manager to clarify all the details. Please note:

    • Delivery is available only with 100% prepayment;
    • Shipping is carried out via the national postal service – Ukrposhta;
    • Delivery by third-party courier services is possible upon request;
    • Additional taxes may apply in the destination country.

    We guarantee to provide all necessary supporting documentation on our side.

  • How soon will I receive my jewelry after placing an order?

    We do our best to deliver your jewelry as quickly as possible, even under martial law. Typically, all orders placed and paid for on a business day before 16:00 are shipped the same day.

    If payment is made after 16:00, on a weekend, or outside working hours, the order will be shipped on the next business day.

    Nova Poshta delivery takes 1–3 days, depending on the destination.

  • Can I pay for an order from abroad and specify a recipient in Ukraine?

    Of course. Our manager will contact you to confirm the order and clarify the recipient’s contact details and delivery address. You can pay for such an order online on our website or via bank details.

  • What courier delivery options do you offer?

    At the moment, we use only Nova Poshta’s courier delivery services.

  • Can I track my order using a tracking number?

    Of course! After your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor your parcel.

  • Can I try on the item at Nova Poshta?

    If you're unsure about your choice, we can send you the item for try-on, provided that you cover the delivery cost both ways. The shipping cost is calculated according to Nova Poshta’s rates.

  • Who pays for the delivery?

    For your convenience, we offer free delivery when the order is fully prepaid.

    If the order is shipped with cash on delivery, the money transfer fee is paid by the customer.

    In case the customer refuses the order upon delivery with cash on delivery, the return shipping cost is also covered by the customer.

  • Can I exchange jewelry within 14 days after purchase?

    According to current Ukrainian legislation, jewelry of proper quality is not subject to return or exchange. However, since TANGO values and respects each client, we offer the possibility to exchange or return jewelry of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase if it does not suit you in terms of size or other essential characteristics.

  • What documents are required for a return or exchange?

    To return a jewelry item, you need to send us:

    • A completed return/exchange form;
    • A copy of an identity document (passport);
    • The jewelry item itself.

    The package must be sent via Nova Poshta, without cash on delivery (our operator will provide all shipping details).

  • Can I request gift packaging (without a receipt in the parcel)?

    We will gladly provide festive gift packaging for your order without including the receipt. Please make sure to mention this when placing your order or during communication with our operator.

  • If I received my order but the jewelry didn’t fit or I didn’t like it — can I return or exchange it?

    Yes, you can request an exchange if:

    • The jewelry shows no signs of use;
    • The seal is intact and undamaged;
    • All other return conditions are met.

  • How can I be sure the jewelry is genuine?

    All jewelry we send to our clients comes with a hallmark and a tag containing detailed information about the item, including:

    • Manufacturer
    • Assay mark and weight
    • Type of metal

    For pieces with gemstones, we also provide a certificate and a gemological report.

    Additionally, you can always place your order with cash on delivery and inspect the item at the Nova Poshta office before completing the purchase.

  • How do you guarantee the quality of your gold jewelry?

    TANGO Jewelry guarantees that all its gold jewelry complies with the Ukrainian national standard DSTU 3527-97 "Jewelry made of precious metals". We also provide warranty service, which covers the elimination of any hidden manufacturing defects.

  • Do you provide certificates of quality with your jewelry?

    For jewelry, the mark of quality includes the assay stamp, a tag with full product information, and a gemological report for items with gemstones.

    We do not provide additional certificates, as they are not required or regulated by law.

  • Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?

    Yes, all of our jewelry comes with a warranty:

    • 18 months for items with precious stones and hinged parts of bracelets and earrings;
    • 12 months for all other items, starting from the date of purchase.
  • Do you offer jewelry maintenance services?

    Yes, we provide maintenance services for our jewelry. In most cases, this is an additional paid service. Please contact our managers for more details.

  • How to request warranty service?

    To receive warranty service for jewelry purchased from us, please follow these steps:

    1. Fill out the warranty request form.
    2. Send the jewelry item along with the completed form via Nova Poshta (without cash-on-delivery) to the following address: Kyiv, Branch No. 65, 53 Vasyl Tyutyunnyk St.
    3. The shipping costs (both ways) are covered by the customer, but will be reimbursed if the repair qualifies as a warranty case.
    4. A decision on the warranty service will be made within 14 business days from the moment we receive the item (this time is required to perform an expert evaluation).
  • Can I have a piece of jewelry repaired if it was damaged through no fault of the manufacturer (paid repair)?

    Yes, we will be happy to repair your jewelry if the repair is technically feasible. You can check the service cost with our customer support representative.

General Questions
  • Do you provide certificates for semi-precious stones (amethyst, topaz, etc.)?

    All characteristics of the stones are listed on the jewelry tag, which is attached to each item along with a seal and contains complete information. According to Ukrainian law, the tag serves as the official passport of the jewelry item, so additional certificates for stones of this class are not required.

  • How can you confirm that the stones are natural?

    The authenticity of a gemstone is confirmed by a gemological report. Gemstone evaluation is carried out by certified gemologists. Each expert receives certification from the State Gemological Center of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, which is confirmed by an official certificate. Only such certified experts have the legal right to issue and sign gemstone certificates. These certificates must also be stamped by the organization where the expert is employed.

    Additionally, information confirming the characteristics of natural stones is indicated on the product tag.

  • What is carat weight? How to understand gemstone characteristics?

    Carat weight is a unit of measurement for the mass of gemstones. 1 carat = 0.2 grams. The more carats a gemstone has, the larger and heavier it is.

    In addition to weight, a gemstone’s clarity, color, and cut also significantly affect its value and appearance. If you’re unsure about the choice, our managers will be happy to help you understand the characteristics and select the best option.

  • What determines the color of gold?

    The color of gold depends on the metal alloys mixed with it. Pure gold (24 karats) has a rich yellow color, but it is soft, so alloys are used for jewelry:

    • Yellow gold – a classic alloy with silver and copper
    • White gold – contains palladium or nickel
    • Rose gold – has a higher copper content

    The color does not affect the quality, only the appearance and style of the jewelry.

  • What are your working hours?

    We are open Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.

    Orders on the website are accepted 24/7 and processed on the next business day.

    We are the direct manufacturer of our jewelry — all pieces are created by TANGO Jewelry. We guarantee that every item complies with the Ukrainian national standard DSTU 3527-97 ("Jewelry made of precious metals").

    We also provide warranty service, which covers the correction of any hidden defects that may arise during the production process.

  • What are the gold and silver purities of your jewelry?

    Our jewelry is made of 585 gold and 925 silver. These purities offer the best balance between price and quality, ensuring durability and an excellent appearance over time.

  • How should I care for my jewelry?

    We recommend following these jewelry care guidelines:

    • Avoid mechanical damage;
    • Prevent contact with alkalis, acids, detergents, and other chemicals;
    • Avoid substances containing sulfur, chlorine, mercury, iodine, and their compounds;
    • Do not expose jewelry to solvents (such as stain removers or nail polish remover);
    • Avoid contact with dyes;
    • Keep away from abrasives (including substances and items like toothpaste, sand, manicure saws or drills);
    • Protect from extreme temperatures, sudden temperature changes (tanning beds, saunas), and open flames;
    • Avoid exposure to radiation — UV, X-rays, or radioactive sources;
    • Do not attempt at-home cleaning, including ultrasonic cleaning;
    • To prevent scratches and chips, store each jewelry item in a separate soft case.
